This page displays the total balance due by program. If you have multiple claims owed for the same program, the total outstanding balance for all claims is displayed. Balances may not reflect recent payments that have not yet been recorded in our system.

If you would like to make a payment for more than one program, please enter the payment amount you would like to make for each program on the associated line.

You will receive a payment summary, by mail, at the beginning of each month confirming the total payment amount received in the previous month.
